This website is owned and operated by Wix. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us.  By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. OUR HANDSHAKE

When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.

The prices we charge for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Additional information about pricing and sales tax is available on the payments page.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

All new items we sell are brand new and straight from the shipping case. Please bear in mind though, most action figures, and similar items are mass produced. The cases they are sent in very often have little to no extra padding therefore Items may have slight blemishes on packaging, and in the paint application. This is common and is not a defect to the product.  Some Items may also be double taped. This happens within the manufacturing process sometimes and doesn't mean the item has been opened.

Also Please be aware that for exclusives we cannot guarantee mint packaging. These items are designed for conventions etc and usually come with some blemishes or dinged corners. For this reason we cannot accept returns on them and will rarely have the stock for exchanges.


On the rare occasion items are damaged in transit we are happy to exchange the item, We cannot pay return postage on items that have damaged packaging though.

Royal mail policy dictates that if only the outer box is damaged they will not payout for damages. If we are out of stock on the item and cannot replace an item a refund will be issued on receipt of damaged item.

Refunds are processed within 14 days.

We will always aim to send an item with mint packaging though this will not always be possible. We will only send products with the smallest of marks or creases to the packaging. We pack the items extremely carefully and completely bombproof so they arrive to you in the same condition that they are arrive to us.

RIGHT TO CHANGE PRODUCTS/PRICING

We reserve the right, without prior notice, to change the products; stop providing the products we offer; or create limits for the purchase of products. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason
