Shipping is a flat rate of £4 Per order

All orders are sent via Royal Mail/DHL depending on size

Our current dispatch time is 5-7 days.

For items marked as incoming this may be slightly longer as we don't hold the items in stock and they are on route to us.

Upon dispatch you will be provided with a reference number via email.

Unfortunately we do not currently offer shipping outside of the UK.

We sincerely hope this will change in the near future.


Items under £100

Unfortunately due to multiple non payments we no longer offer a deposit scheme for items under £100.

We hope we will able to offer this again one day but for the immediate future we have had to remove it.

Items over £100 

We charge a 15% deposit then you will be invoiced immediately for the remaining balance via an open paypal invoice.


It will contain the ETA of your order and give you the opportunity to chip away at your balance until your item arrives and is ready to ship.

We feel this is an easier way of buying by putting you in control rather than a rigid payment plan.

Please note that sometimes an item can arrive early. in this case full payment of remaining balance will be due.

In the case of a delayed item we will extend the date of an open invoice giving you extra time until your order arrives.

Pre order dates are estimates from suppliers and subject to change.

When possible updates and exacts dates will be given

If the pre order price lowers we will immediately refund you any difference.

This does not include when we reduce pricing for Daily Deals.

If pre ordering multiple items, each order will be dispatched when the final item in your order has arrived so please take this into account when placing orders. if you need items as soon as they arrive please consider placing separate orders.


If you change your mind please contact us and we can cancel your order.

Unfortunately due to reasons stated above we now charge a 15% Cancellation & Admin fee.

Refunds will be processed within 14 working days and will only be available as store credit.

Unfortunately we cannot cancel orders that have arrived in stock/are on route from supplier.

If you wish to cancel an order where part of your order has arrived, the items that are in stock will be shipped to you immediately.
